By registering my child for baseball through
the BRC League, I am a standing member of
BRC and entitled to all benefits of
membership. I understand that the Board meets
the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 in
the cafeteria unless that Tuesday falls on a
holiday, in which the meeting is
automatically moved to the following Tuesday.

to attend and participate.

his/her uniform as part of the registration
fee. It is my responsibility to notify my
commissioner if there is an error with my
uniform within 2 days of receipt. Uniform
errors that are the fault of the vendor will
be corrected at no cost to participants.
Miss-orders by participants will be charged

is non-refundable and there are no refunds
after the 1st practice.

As a parent of a participating BRC player, I
will be expected to work the concession
stand during the time(s) assigned to my
child’s team or my team as a whole may take
advantage of the buy-out option. Not
working my assigned time or not
participating in the buy-out will have an
adverse effect on the outcome of my child’s
game.
